GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK
ARIZONA
Grand Canyon National Park is located in northern Arizona, just south of the Utah border. This is a “must-see” place. This is an absolutely mind-blowing canyon, but a lot people think it’s just a big hole in the ground. Start at the visitors and take a shuttle bus tour to the east end of the park. There are eight different stops that provide eight different views of the canyon. The free shuttle tour is worth taking. I was 39 years old when I hiked down to Phantom Ranch, spent the night in one of the cabins, and hiked out the next day with Jennifer. It was a beautiful hike down, but the hike out was torturous and took us six hours to reach the canyon rim (four hours to hike down). We could not walk normally for three days afterward. As you hike down you can see the color change from the different layers of rock. If you like to hike, then the Grand Canyon has to be one of the ultimate hikes.
John 3:5-7
Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
