Yosemite National Park: what a beautiful place.  The park is located just north of Fresno, Ca.  From the south out of Fresno, route 41 will take you straight into the park.  The valley floor from right after exiting the tunnel to Curry Village is about 10 miles long.  From the road by car, bicycle, or by foot, you can enjoy the beautiful sights on both sides of the canyon walls including; El Capitan, Yosemite Falls, and Half Dome.  You can also see Glacier Point from the valley floor, but take a drive up to Glacier Point to see a magnificent view of all of Yosemite while looking down on the park.  From up on the point you can see Vernal Falls, Nevada Falls, and the backcountry.  Hike the five-mile trail down from Glacier Point to Curry Village and get an up-close and personal view of Vernal and Nevada Falls along the way.  Go in the springtime (after May 1st) to see the waterfalls in action from the snowpack runoff.  In the summertime, the falls dry up.  Yosemite falls into the category of a “must-see” place to visit.

John 1:1-3

In the beginning, was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  The same was at the beginning with God All things were made by him, and without him was not anything made that was made.
