Redwood National Park is located in Northern California, 45 miles north of Eureka on the coast.  I cannot say enough about the Redwood trees.  This park falls into the category of a “must see” park to visit.  My favorite place to go hiking is in Elk Prairie Grove.  There are lots of trails in this area.  The Redwood Forest has to be one of the most fantastic forests on the planet.  The trees are the tallest living organisms in the world.  The still pictures I have taken cannot capture the beauty, the magnificence and the awesomeness of these trees.  Once you visit the park and go for a hike you will understand why a still photo does not do them any justice.
